Myself and my daughter Emily-Marija were coached by Julie Deuchars. We are eating better, for myself it got me eating 3 meals a day. Emily has Type 1 diabetes, diagnosis in 2016 when she was 16, it’s helping with her sugar levels and for both of us our weight too. With my health issues it is also helping. We are both going out on nice long walks and getting more exercise than before.
If you are thinking or interested in working with Julie yourself, I say go for it, it is well worth it.
Julie has been amazing helping us both & answering all my many questions. She’s even looked into what will help both of us with our conditions, best things to eat or do.
